What does the MeetingDoctors telehealth service include?

It includes digital medical care with medical chat (no appointment), immediate video consultations in general medicine, and scheduled video consultations with multiple specialties, as well as e-prescriptions, health plans, absenteeism management, and direct authorization for medical tests. All within a single experience so the user goes from "I have a question" to "I have a plan" without friction. Each company can choose the services they need and want to integrate based on their requirements.

The user accesses the medical chat, immediate video consultation, or scheduled video consultation directly from your app or website, describes their case, and can attach information if needed (photos, PDF documents, etc.). A professional responds via chat in less than two minutes or via video consultation depending on the chosen option. All consultations are categorized, and we provide a usage metrics report that we share periodically.

MeetingDoctors offers a guaranteed SLA of less than 2 minutes for chat and 4 minutes for video consultations. Our medical team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in multiple languages and with international coverage.

From general medicine to common specialties (pediatrics, dermatology, gynecology, psychology, nutrition, etc.). The clinical triage system classifies priority and, if necessary, refers to a video consultation or a medical center within the client's network.

Doctors can issue electronic prescriptions valid at pharmacies, medical certificates, and digital clinical reports. All documentation is delivered to the user within MeetingDoctors' secure and traced environment.

MeetingDoctors features the highest level of security, holding the National Security Framework (ENS) certification. This level of certification is, for example, the one required to work with public administrations. All data is hosted on servers within the EU and is encrypted. Your company only receives aggregated usage and satisfaction metrics—never personal clinical data—complying with all current data protection regulations.

Yes. You can customize all colors and branding to capitalize on the service offered to your users. Likewise, the health service will be provided by MeetingDoctors, who assumes responsibility for the medical service or professional health guidance.

We offer the possibility of receiving all service usage metrics either via API—so your teams can add them to the insured party's information and track their behavior in person as well—or through a personalized monthly report. Regarding metrics, we highlight some such as: number of consultations, number of prescriptions, average response time, specialties consulted, main reasons for inquiry, customer satisfaction, % of consultations resolved online, NPS, etc.
